Processing time
The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 days. However, some Items can take 3 weeks to make if they are a large or out of stock order. 

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. C M Coe Pottery Supplies are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping prices are calculated by weight at Checkout and will be 0-30kg in the below price brackets. If your order is over the weight allowed then multiple shipments with be sent.
