Our specially designed Screw Top Throwing Tool has been through vigorous trials and refinements to make you the best thread on your pottery pieces. This tool is suitable to be used with clays that have a 8-12% shrinkage rate.
The tool, will create a thread suitable for a 28mm screw top eg a pump, bottle lid or pourer. A fairy Liquid bottle lid is great to test on :)
Please ensure you do not glaze the thread area for screw top functionality and ensure the interior hole is large enough to fit our screw top of choice :) .
